‘SAW’ and Mike Larson , intense BMX Race training for the grands
Mike and I are hard at work training like madmen for the Greatest Race on Earth , the ABA Grands
as you can see we are both really throwing caution to the wind and really putting down some serious training methods .

Mike went for the 180 and I was telling him he is F-ing crazy so being the friend I am and I could not let the young gun show me up I called out the 360 first try also .Hahahaha great days at the trails .
